High Efficiency Furnace Installation

We removed the existing furnace and air conditioner and replaced it with a 95% efficient 2-stage furnace, new central air system, humidifier, and media air cleaner.

A 2-stage furnace has a low and high fire gas valve which allows it to come on at a lower heat setting for more temperate days and a high setting to keep up with the coldest days. This type of furnace eliminates temperture swings in the space and saves energy.

The media air cleaner traps the smallest particles in our indoor air, including: dander, smoke, bacteria, viruses, fungi, dust, and pollen. The media also lasts a whole year which means less filter changes and maintenance.
